BillZone Systems is an operating, or trade name of MacKenzie & MacKenzie Consulting Inc. The company was formed in 2000 to provide both project management and specialized niche programming services. In 2002/2003, the product later called BillZone was born. In 2007, it was adapted for the web using simple html with a goal of allowing it to run on any javascript-capable browser. In 2008, the company narrowed its focus toward technology and focused on our strengths in business analysis and rapid deployment Microsoft Office solutions for workgroups. The name BillZone was conceived for our product and range of services in early 2009, to reflect the success our customers have when using our products and services.

The company has written dozens of applications in a wide variety of industries since 2000. Automation of the Office suite of products has proven to be one of the key ways that a company can create competitive advantage or immediate efficiencies for its departments or workgroups. In particular, many industries like insurance require more advanced on-the-spot programming in VBA for large reports, using Microsoft Access to access or combine data from many different sources, and Microsoft Excel to present and provide users the ability to manipulate outputs.

Our Values

Many times a desired achievement will take time and perseverence to get a higher, more valuable end-result. We do not shy away from telling our customers the things they may not want to hear, with the goal of a higher outcome in the vision. You would be challenged to find another firm older (10+ years) and with such a loyal customer base. Many companies only "talk the talk".

Customer Service

We provide a high level of customer service to existing customers through phone, email, and instant messaging. If you are one of our customers, we are never far away.

Associations

We are proud to be members of our local Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce, and the British Columbia Technology Industry Association. We also support local community initiatives and believe in fostering local business.

Availability

We have regular office hours from 9:00AM to 5:00PM Pacific, Monday to Friday, not including BC statutory holidays. Support is provided on a contract by contract basis and may go beyond these hours.
