With BillZone Systems, approved system users can run up-to-date reports, check to see how last month looked across the organization or instantly see how the current period is looking. Status reports can be run on projects or work orders to monitor actual versus the estimated effort.

Improved Accuracy
Some organizations collect time using a variety of methods (such as manual timesheets, spreadsheets and Word documents) then compile that information at the end of the month to produce customer invoices. This approach is time consuming, costly and open to transcription errors. Using BillZone, project time and expense information is electronically collected and must match pre-defined project, task and/or cost code information. Consolidated information is available by selecting a BillZone report at any point in the billing process. No transcription is required!

For each end system-user, BillZone Systems will display only those projects and/or work orders that they have been assigned, making it easy to select the correct one.

Flexible Pricing
BillZone takes pride in our flexibility regarding fee structure. We charge a one-time set-up fee that is determined by the complexity of the organization, and then an annual per-user fee that is very competitive in the market. Discounted annual per-user fees are available for those signing contracts of greater than 2, 4, and 6 years.
