Custom Solutions and Support
BillZone provides a wide range of desktop software automations for the desktop,
including applications in MS Access, Excel, VBA, and SQL Server. This is done
in our consulting arm which you can see here.
Start Up
BillZone will provide full support during the setup of BillZone software
for your organization. This includes:
- Initial Setup and Training
Ongoing Business Support
- Agent-On-Call
- Training Sessions
- Customized Report Writing
Initial Setup and Training
To ensure that your company, staff/contractor and customer
information is set up to best meet your business needs, our support staff
will provide support in either the electronic or manual uploading of your
data. Additions or changes to this information can be performed by your
system administrator, or we can provide on-going support with our Agent-On-Call.
Our staff will also train your system administrator in how to maintain the setup
information and up to five end-users on how to use the system. Training for
additional staff members can be scheduled and is offered at a reasonable per
student fee.
Agent On-Call
Need ongoing support?
We provide experienced, efficient support resources to assist you in:
- Adding new staff to the system
- Setting up new projects
- Creating new work orders
- Setting up tasks and notifying your personnel
- Setting up project/work order completion statuses
All our support personnel are located in Canada, and are assigned
according to your preferred time-zone.
Training Sessions
Need training for your BillZone end-users?
In addition to remote training, we provide instructor-led training
at any of the major cities across Canada or at our BillZone site. Our
experience is that when company personnel see how easy BillZone is to use,
any concerns they may have are overcome.
Fees for training sessions are dependent on the training location (remote,
our site, your site) and on number of trainees.
Customized Report Writing
BillZone support staff will meet with you to document your report
requirements, provide a sample report for your approval and add the
approved report to your report menu.
