BillZone will provide full support during the setup of BillZone software for your organization. This includes:

  • Initial Setup and Training

Initial Setup and Training

To ensure that your company, staff/contractor and customer information is set up to best meet your business needs, our support staff will provide support in either the electronic or manual uploading of your data. Additions or changes to this information can be performed by your system administrator, or we can provide on-going support with our Agent-On-Call.

Our staff will also train your system administrator in how to maintain the setup information and up to five end-users on how to use the system. Training for additional staff members can be scheduled and is offered at a reasonable per student fee.


Training Sessions

Need training for your BillZone end-users?

In addition to remote training, we provide instructor-led training at any of the major cities across Canada or at our BillZone site. Our experience is that when company personnel see how easy BillZone is to use, any concerns they may have are overcome.

Fees for training sessions are dependent on the training location (remote, our site, your site) and on number of trainees.
