BillZone Systems is supporting many different systems, including our own timesheet, billing, and invoicing system. In this area you'll find answers to many commonly asked questions. We'll post as many as we can so that you can find answers easily.
Our customers may also have specific support included in their contract with us. Make sure to reference these as you may be entitled to phone-in and/or after-hours support.
I just logged in. Why are there no projects in my list?
When you log into the BillZone time and billing system for the first time, make sure to select Full List in the drop-down. This will populate your project list. After you have made entries the first few times, your frequently-used list will present itself by default each time you log in. Also, if your admin adds a new project to your profile you will need to select Full List in order to show it the first time. If you don't bill on a project for 60 days, it will fall off of your frequently used list.
I clicked the link to add my company to BillZone. Now what happens?
If you click the link to add your company to BillZone, you need to fill in all the required
fields and then submit your addition for verification. We'll get there as soon as we can
and respond with your admin password. Then you can log in and proceed with setting up all
of your projects.
You can get a few kinds of training. We can do classroom training on the BillZone System
for your end-users and administrators. We also offer remote training via skype. There are a
series of videos for training purposes which will soon be posted in this support section.
